This website (vikaydesignserver.com) is owned and operated by Tonny Larenas-Feijoo, doing business as Vikay Design Server, at 1681 Bayview Heights Dr Unit 35, San Diego, CA 92105, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vikay Design Server.

We collect only what is needed to run our business and answer your inquiries.

Legal basis
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, our legal basis for processing personal data is (a) your consent (analytics & marketing cookies), (b) the performance of a contract (project work), and (c) our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.
Data retention
Inquiry emails are retained for 24 months. Active client project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and 7 years thereafter for tax and legal reasons. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We store inquiry data on US-based servers protected by access controls, encryption at rest and regular off-site backups. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

This site is intended for business decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
